On the afternoon of June 26, 2021, 20-year-old Keshun Cole, a male who was Black/African American, was driving through Shreveport’s Cedar Grove neighborhood when gunfire found him. Witnesses described the crash that followed at West 69th and Union Avenue, where first responders discovered the 20-year-old behind the wheel, gravely wounded.
