Grundy Johnson Jr., a 51-year-old African American male, was found dead on August 26, 2018, in Shreveport, Louisiana. His body was discovered in the Allendale neighborhood early that Sunday morning. Upon arrival, Shreveport Police patrol officers found Johnson deceased from an apparent gunshot wound. The exact time of death was uncertain, and an autopsy was scheduled at University Health to determine further details.
