On a Tuesday evening in Shreveport, Louisiana, tragedy struck the life of 43-year-old Lavell Blake. It was March 28, 2017, when police were called to a residence in the 3000 block of Terry Street just before 9:00 p.m. There, in the driveway of a home, they found Mr. Blake, a male, suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
