On December 28, 2023, a shooting incident occurred in the 6100 block of Collins Road in Jacksonville, Florida, resulting in the death of 65-year-old Arthur George. Upon arrival, officers from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the immediate response from the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, Arthur George was pronounced deceased at the scene.
