Death by Force

Richard Cody Likens, a 31-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2018. He was found shot to death early that Saturday morning outside a home on Lakeland Street in the Rolling Hills neighborhood, near Interstate 10.
