Cecil Coleman, aged 34, was killed in a drive-by shooting on January 30, 2012, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred in the Arlington area, where both Cecil and another victim were struck by gunfire. The victims were taken to Shands Jacksonville Medical Center, where Coleman was pronounced dead. The other victim survived after undergoing surgery.
