Angel Roberto Alonzo, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on April 5, 2015, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident occurred at approximately 1:30 a.m. at the Whispering Oaks Apartments on Atlantic Boulevard.
