Glen Arnold Bess, a 24-year-old resident of Jacksonville, Florida, was fatally shot on January 9, 2023. The incident occurred in Northwest Jacksonville, specifically on Baldwin Street. Bess was one of two people wounded in the shooting, although the identity of the other person has not been disclosed.
