Minnion Dewayne Jackson, a 17-year-old African American male from Shreveport, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2020. Minnion was a standout football player at Green Oaks High School, known for his promising future both on and off the field. On the fateful day, Minnion had just dropped off several teammates after football practice when he was fatally injured in a hail of gunfire while driving on Interstate 220.
