In the early hours of a spring day in Rochester, New York, the life of 22-year-old Renard Small was cut tragically short. On the morning of April 29, 2015, police discovered Small, a Black / African American male, deceased inside his vehicle, which had crashed into a tree at the intersection of Post Avenue and Sawyer Street.
