In the early morning hours of July 23, 2022, the life of 26-year-old Anthony Rosario was tragically cut short in Rochester, New York. The young, Black/African American male was attending an after-hours party at the Blackout Soul Food Restaurant on North Clinton Avenue when gunfire erupted. Responding police officers discovered Rosario with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
