Stephen Morgan, a 38-year-old resident of Rochester, NY, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2021. Morgan was caught in a shootout that occurred in the parking lot of P.I.'s Lounge on West Avenue. According to the Rochester Police Department, Morgan was not the intended target of the shooting. He was a passenger in a vehicle parked in the lot when gunfire erupted, and he was struck once in the upper body.
