On December 30, 2023, 28-year-old Julien Tyre Walthour was found fatally shot inside a vehicle at the intersection of Avenue D and Bauman Street in Rochester, New York. Responding to reports of a stationary car in the roadway around 8:15 p.m., Rochester Police officers discovered Walthour slumped over in the driver's seat, having sustained at least one gunshot wound to the torso.
