Michael Earlsey, aged 42, tragically lost his life on July 4, 2018, in Rochester, NY. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers responded to a shooting at a residence on York Street. Upon arrival, they found Earlsey and a 28-year-old woman with gunshot wounds in front of the house.
