On the evening of May 15, 2023, a violent incident unfolded in the North County Precinct of St. Louis, Missouri, claiming the life of a local resident. Casandra Cole, a 34-year-old female, was present in the parking lot of a business located in the 100 block of Shepley Drive, near the Uptown Market.
