Monay V. Phillips, a 23-year-old woman from St. Louis, Missouri, tragically lost her life on November 10, 2020. The incident occurred in the Tower Grove East neighborhood, where she was fatally shot during an argument with her boyfriend, Kristopher Burns-Jackson. The altercation took place in a car on the 3100 block of Arsenal Street. Phillips, who was studying criminal justice and aspired to become a police officer, was remembered by her family as a loving and selfless individual.
