In the summer of 2015, the quiet neighborhood of Tower Grove South in St. Louis, Missouri, was shaken by a grim discovery that ended the life of 42-year-old Tanisha Williams. On Friday, June 5th, police were called to a residence in the 4300 block of Juniata Street to investigate a report of a shooting.
