Carroll F. Mack, a 62-year-old cab driver from Lynchburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on Friday, February 9, 2024, in a shooting incident. The Lynchburg Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in the 2600 block of Morson Street around 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, officers discovered Mack with a gunshot wound. Despite receiving immediate aid from the police and being transported to Lynchburg General Hospital by Lynchburg Fire Department medics, Mack did not survive his injuries. ...Read More
