On the evening of May 8, 2024, a dispute in Lynchburg, Virginia, escalated into a fatal act of violence, claiming the life of 23-year-old Bolden Jared Eubanks. Eubanks, a Black male, was at the Kemper Street Apartments when the deadly encounter unfolded.
