Jamale Deshawn Pannell, aged 33, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2018, in Lynchburg, Virginia. On that fateful night, Lynchburg Police responded to a call reporting gunshots in the area of Madison Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Pannell lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medics, Pannell succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
