Jamale Deshawn Pannell, aged 33, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2018, in Lynchburg, Virginia. On that fateful night, Lynchburg Police responded to a call reporting gunshots in the area of Madison Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Pannell lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
