Phineas Rufus Neville, a 28-year-old resident of Lynchburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2017. Neville was found with multiple gunshot wounds at an apartment complex on Rivermont Avenue. Responding officers discovered him around 1:07 a.m. and he was subsequently transported to Lynchburg General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead due to his injuries.
