Ricky Johnson Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Lynchburg, Virginia, tragically passed away on January 2, 2021, after succumbing to injuries sustained from a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on December 28, 2020, at the McCausland Ridge Apartments in Lynchburg. Johnson was transported to UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, where he fought for his life for several days before ultimately passing away.
