In the early hours of March 13, 2021, the life of 24-year-old Daijon Dessasore, a male resident of the Bronx, was tragically cut short in a fatal drive-by shooting in Queens, New York. The aspiring rap artist and father of a three-year-old daughter was sitting in an idle car with a friend on 98th Avenue near Springfield Boulevard just before 1 a.m. when the tranquil night was shattered by gunfire.
