On January 26, 2023, 34-year-old Larry Donell Lewis Jr. was found deceased inside his car, which was parked outside his residence on Miller Road in Sumter, South Carolina. Responding to reports of gunfire just before 8 p.m., Sumter Police officers discovered that Lewis had been fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
