In the late hours of a Tuesday evening in Chester County, South Carolina, a dispute escalated into deadly violence, forever altering the lives of those involved. On May 23, 2023, William Antonio Colvin, a 27-year-old man, was shot on Stepping Stone Drive, a quiet area near Armory Road. The incident, which unfolded around 9 p.m., is believed by investigators to have originated from an argument at a nearby residence.
Following the shooting, Colvin was privately transported to the Medical University of South Carolina-Chester hospital, but tragically, he succumbed to his injuries.
