Quentin Linsey Williams, a 27-year-old resident of Chester, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2022. Williams, affectionately known as "Leo," was found shot outside a home on 3rd Street in the Eureka Mill neighborhood of Chester. Deputies patrolling the area heard gunshots and quickly arrived at the scene, where they discovered Williams lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
