Donovan Matthew Browning, a 16-year-old from Chester, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 2, 2024, in a shooting incident. The Chester Police Department responded to a call just before midnight on that fateful day. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found another 16-year-old performing CPR on Browning.
