In the quiet town of Chester, South Carolina, the life of 29-year-old Elijahwan D. Boulware, a Black male, was abruptly ended on the evening of Monday, June 17, 2024. Reports of gunfire at the Ramsey Grove Apartments on Flint Street prompted a swift response from the Chester County Sheriff's Office. Upon their arrival, deputies discovered Boulware with gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically, efforts to save his life were unsuccessful.
