Ronald Steven Banks, a 30-year-old man from Washington, D.C., tragically lost his life on June 6, 2023, in a shooting incident at Washington National Cemetery in Prince George's County, Maryland. Banks was serving as a pallbearer at the burial service for Ariana Davis, a 10-year-old girl who had been killed by a stray bullet in Northeast D.C. on Mother's Day.
