Death by Force

Shirlene S. Beaver, a 35-year-old Black/African American female, was fatally shot in Portland, Oregon, on November 2, 2022. The incident occurred around 8:25 p.m. in the Cully Neighborhood, specifically in the 4600 block of Northeast Lombard Street. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered two victims.
