On July 17, 2022, a tragic shooting incident occurred in Southeast Portland, Oregon, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including 24-year-old Victoria "Vee" Brown. Victoria Brown, born on August 30, 1997, was a young resident of Portland whose life was cut short in this violent incident.
