In the quiet suburbs of Portland, Oregon, the life of Donna McQueen, an 80-year-old White woman, was unexpectedly cut short on the evening of June 25, 2016. A resident of a Clackamas apartment complex, McQueen was in her own home when a stray bullet pierced through her window, striking and killing her.
