Ibrahim Kamara, a 20-year-old resident of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was tragically killed in a shooting on September 27, 2017, in Temple Hills, Maryland. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 12:40 a.m., in the 4000 block of Rocky Mount Drive. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Kamara outside with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
