Tavon Todd, a 24-year-old resident of Southwest Washington, D.C., tragically lost his life on May 19, 2017, in Temple Hills, Maryland. The incident began on the evening of May 18, 2017, when Todd was shot outside a business located in the 6400 block of Allentown Road.
