Bernard Savoy, a 46-year-old resident of Temple Hills, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on April 8, 2021, in Hillcrest Heights. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 6:30 a.m., when officers responded to a reported shooting in the 2300 block of Anvil Lane.
