On June 11, 2023, Christian Marlon Segovia, a 25-year-old resident of Severn, Maryland, was one of three men fatally shot during a violent incident in Annapolis. The shooting occurred at a condominium complex during a gathering that escalated from a neighborhood dispute over parking. The confrontation involved Charles Robert Smith, a 43-year-old local resident, who allegedly initiated the violence after an argument erupted between his mother and Mario Antonio Mireles Ruiz, one of the victims. ...Read More
