In the late afternoon of a November Saturday in 2017, a sense of normalcy was shattered in the Eastport neighborhood of Annapolis, Maryland. Terry Bosley, a 17-year-old male, was walking with a group of individuals on President Street, near the intersection with Van Buren Drive. It was just a day after his seventeenth birthday. Suddenly, the report of a gunshot broke the calm. One of the people in the group had shot Terry.
