Byren Cook, a 24-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 23, 2017. The incident occurred in the Harbour House community, where Cook was found with gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
