Death by Force

On July 10, 2007, Ricardo Figueroa, age 31, was fatally shot in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 6:15 a.m. near the 2900 block of Fuqua. Figueroa was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency responders.
