Raphael Hilton Johnson Jr., a 48-year-old African American male from Severna Park, MD, was tragically killed on March 2, 2023, in Annapolis, Maryland. The incident occurred at approximately 5:15 PM in the 100 block of Obery Court. Annapolis Police Officers responded to a shots fired complaint and upon arrival, they found Johnson suffering from a single gunshot wound to the back of his head. Paramedics pronounced him deceased at the scene at approximately 5:26 PM.
