In the early morning hours of July 6, 2025, the life of 23-year-old Raishaun Tylek Mason was irrevocably altered on Bens Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. Responding to reports of a shooting at approximately 1:40 a.m., police officers discovered the young man unresponsive with injuries consistent with being shot.
