Walters Mpang Halle Elangwe, a 29-year-old resident of Annapolis, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 11, 2020. The incident occurred in the late afternoon on the 1100 block of Primrose Court. According to police reports, Elangwe was found with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after. The Annapolis Police Department immediately launched an investigation, treating the case as a homicide.
