In the late hours of a Thursday night in May 2015, a tragedy unfolded in Annapolis, Maryland, that cut short the life of 39-year-old Lamont Scurry. A male resident of Glen Burnie, Scurry was discovered in a parking lot situated in the 900 block of President Street within the Harbour House community.
