On January 22, 2023, at approximately 6:56 PM, officers from the Annapolis Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive in Annapolis, Maryland. Upon arrival, they found 18-year-old Reco Ramon Johnson suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper torso.
