Armindo Reis, a 74-year-old retired building contractor, was found dead in his home on Penn Drive in Dix Hills, Huntington Station, NY, on June 11, 2019. His death was discovered when neighbors, unable to reach him, contacted his son, who then called 911. Upon arrival, the police found Reis with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
