In the late evening of August 3, 2022, the community of Cumberland, Kentucky, was disturbed by the sound of gunfire. At approximately 10:50 p.m., the Kentucky State Police received a 911 call reporting that shots had been fired on Babs Arbor. When officers from the Cumberland Police Department and state troopers arrived at the scene, they discovered the body of 36-year-old Brandon Saylor. He had sustained a single gunshot wound to his back and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Deputy Coron ...
