On November 22, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in Essex, Maryland, resulting in the death of 22-year-old Philip Pasingda. The event took place the day before Thanksgiving when Pasingda was involved in a double shooting. Baltimore County Police responded to the scene, where they found Pasingda suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
