David Leroy King, known by his stage name "Dee Dave," was a 29-year-old rapper from East Baltimore who tragically lost his life on January 24, 2020. Dee Dave was fatally shot in a double shooting incident that occurred around 5:11 a.m. in the parking lot of the Kings Mill Apartment complex in Essex, Maryland. The shooting also left another man injured, who was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
