Breon Markeith Baglin, a 19-year-old resident of Essex, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Baglin answered a knock at his door in the first block of Seagate Court. Upon opening the door, he was shot at least once in the upper body.
