The deceased was identified as Kenneth Andre Chamberlain, a 25-year-old male from Baltimore. The incident unfolded on Monday, January 4, 2021, just before 1:30 p.m. outside the Kings Mill Apartments and Townhomes located on Ashbridge Drive.
According to police reports, Chamberlain and a 26-year-old companion were leaving the
