Kenneth Andre Chamberlain, a 25-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2021, following a double shooting incident in Essex, Baltimore County. The incident occurred around 1:25 p.m. in the 900 block of Ashbridge Drive, outside the Kings Mill Apartments and Townhomes.
